Ingredients:
Dhall, tumeric powder, garlic, jintan manis
Fish curry powder, biji sawi, lots of fresh curry leaves, dried chilli, shallots, salt to taste.
Potato, tomato, carrots
Method:
Boil dhall, add potato, tumeric powder, jintan manis.
In a wok, fry biji sawi with minced shallots, curry leaves and some fish curry powder. I added some anchovies.
Pour mixture from wok into pot of boiling dhall.
Towards the end, add tomato and carrots.

Recipe courtesy of Rahimah. Really yummy. I've frozen two containers for my office lunch.
